Since 2002 COMPUTERTOTS has done an excellent
job teaching technology skills to the children at Community Baptist Christian Academy in a collaborative environment. Most
children today have used a computer either at home or at school, and while many can click and drag with a mouse, few understand
how to use the computer as a productivity tool for their learning. COMPUTERTOTS helps us provide a program
that integrates technology into the specific curriculum content of our classrooms. Children reinforce their academic learning
by incorporating technology into their classroom activities. COMPUTERTOTS
is a technology program is that includes computers, robotics, digital cameras, sketchboards, kidboards and QX3 Intel microscopes
in their curriculum. They provide a certified technologically trained teacher, a dynamic curriculum, educational software,
current hardware/peripherals, and excellent parent communication. Children ages 2 and a half - Kindergarten will build a computer
vocabulary and receive instruction on computer operations that will not only enhance their computer literacy skills, but also
teach them to care for and respect their home computer.
Children are grouped by age with only 3-4 children to a
class. This small class enables the COMPUTERTOTS teacher to increase the level of difficulty when children
are ready for new challenges. Technology activities are specially designed to meet the evolving developmental needs of the
2, 3, 4, and 5-year old child. Aside from learning about technology children reinforce their educational skills while building
their self-confidence. Parents receive a handout that reports sills covered in each class, as well as suggest creative activities
to do at home, The COMPUTERTOTS curriculum is never the same from year to year, and every child feels
included and a part of the experience!
We are very excited to be able to provide this quality program. We strongly
believe that this outstanding computer progam will give your child the necessary computer skills to move successfully

COMPUTER EXPLORERS is a computer integration program unique
to our school for our First and Second Graders. Our specific classroom content is integrated into eight key technology

Each skill is taught at each grade level, with age-appropriate goals and instruction.
What will this program mean
for your child?
* INTEGRATED LESSON PLANS Dynamic technology projects integrate into our
core curriculum areas of Language Arts, Social Studies, Science and Mathematics. Students reinforce their academic learning
by incorporating technology into their classroom activities. Applied technology is the end product!
*TECHNOLOGY
RESOURCE TEACHER The qualified Technology Resource Teacher plans and guides the technology projects
the students create. COMPUTER EXPLORERS provide the teacher and the training, as well as the software to
be used by our students.
*COLABORATION AMONG PROFESSIONALS Our
classroom teachers collaborate with the Technology Resource Teacher to ensure that our students are learning to use the computer
as a productivity tool important to their futures. Our children receive expert technology instruction from COMPUTER
